Form Builder Not Working

My form displays well on my website, but when I click on the "Submit" button, a webpage opens displaying my "form.php" document instead of a confimation page. The form apparently doesn't process since I never receive my form emails either. I also have the message"OOPS! You forgot to upload swfobject.js! You must upload this file for your form to work." like someone else on the site although the swfobjects.js file is in with the rest of the files that I uploaded.

Any ideas?

It's a bit hard to tell without being able to see the page in question. If the swfobject is in place, the Oops message typically means either the Adobe Flash Player plugin isn't installed on the browser that's viewing the page or its Javascript is disabled.

After some Googling, it appears that the general results were ".Mac doesn't support any server-side facilities." Unfortunately, that includes use of PHP and/or ASP, which Web Form Builder relies on to function. Shame on Apple's part. That explains why the .php file pops up as a download rather than submitting since the server doesn't know what to do with it.

Thanks Adam,

I have moved the files to a different account that I own that does support PHP and the form worked flawlessly.

I do have one more question and maybe I am just missing something here:
Is there a way to edit my form so that when the data is emailed to me, the email displays the actual names of the Input Boxes (Name:, Address:, Phone:, etc) instead of listing My Input Box 1, 2, 3, etc?

Yes that can be done. In form builder, click on your input box. To the right, where it says "My Input Box 1", highlight that with your mouse and type in what you want it to say. You will have to do that for every input box info you want changed. Save and upload.
