I am trying to make a a fill able HTML form for my website. I want it just like his: http://harrisdoor.com/door-and-drawer-f … -form.html

How can I do this?

I think all forms are fill-able.;) Do you mean that type of styling?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Yes, I want it to look like that, and I need the submit button to email it to a specified email address, specified by me.

The email can be set in the form builder email notices, Notification Message. Take a look at the blank theme in the form builder for the styling.:)

Eric, If I use Web Form Builder Lite, can I get the html to upload to my web server or do I have to buy it to do that?

Also, can I do the whole table?

Hiya Christopher,

You will need the paid version to upload forms to your own server. I'm not sure how the table will be viewed for results so I'll let Eric answer that one :)

I work at Roy's Wood Products. We sell custom cabinet doors, drawer fronts, etc.

I am trying to develop a simple online ordering system for now. I just want it to be a form, that, the customer can fill out, and when they hit submit, it sends it as an email (or, preferably a .csv file) to the accounting rep.
