I've been using VSD for a little over two years and have found it to be a very nice tool to get a website up quickly without having to spend a lot of time coming up to speed with HTML, CSS, PHP, Flash, or Javascript.
As needed, I've been able to add more non-CC stuff to the sites but still keep the CC structure in place.

Feel free to check out some of my coffeecup sites..

Hey Folks

www.mrsharpetheteacher.com

I used HTML editor, Direct FTP, Jukebox, Video Player, chat generator, Password wizard and possibly some other tools too - I bought everything!

Very pleased - where else can you get such interactivity between packages for such a reasonable price? Sure, Dreamweaver is better for html, but it can't do all the other things...

I was browsing through all of the sample sites since I am a newbie and need some direction and ideas. One task I need to accomplish is creating a catalog for my products. I like the photo pages on the site www.chesterfieldvetclinic.com that was listed in this thread. Ronald M., could you give me an idea of how you made those pages? I would appreciate any advice you could offer!

Thanks.

Everything looks great! :D

I re-built my own site (created years ago with out-of-date tools) using VSD, with add-ins from the Photo Gallery and the Form Builder. The structure and style are deliberately simple, as the prime focus is showcasing the graphics themselves (which are all my original work), not any fancy web design chops. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to re-create the entire thing, including mouse-overs; VSD rocks!

ETA: Forgot to add the banners for all but the main page were done with the Website Font Builder.
