I'm having a problem with form builder. When I leave the input box set as the default "Mu input box 1" or 2, 3 whatever, I get the emails to my account just fine with the form filled out.

Example:

My input box 1: Tom Smith (this was name)

My inout box 2: 1234 Main St (this was my address)

and so on......

When I change the software from "My input box 1" to Name, when you submit the form, I get the email but no data. I tried going back to "My input box 1" and it worked fine. Change half to wahtever name I wanted, left the others as they came on the form, and tried again, only the ones I left alone came thru the email, all others weren't even listed.

Any help out there for a newbee?

sounds like the php script was not uploaded. (or the .xml file) Make sure all files are uploaded, and if you have ftp software, delete the files first, then upload fresh ones.
