Thank you for all the suggestions so far. I need to look at them and see if they are what I am looking for.

However, let me give a better description of what I am doing. I am not interested in a user seeing his/her system resources.

I have developed an automation environment for testing computer networking gear. This all runs on a Linux PC, and everything, including CGI, is done in Tcl. The user submits an automation job via a basic web-page that allows them to specify what software to load, what tests to run, and, via another web-page, to monitor the running automation job. This basic web-page works fine, and is pushing 10 years old.

Anyway, it is time to upgrade the web-page, and one of the things I want to add (management likes this kind of stuff) is the ability to graphically display the number of running jobs, the CPU use percentage, memory use, and other things.

I thought it would be neat to have, where applicable, the dashboard graphics I have seen. For example, a speedometer going from 0-100 to show CPU useage, and anything in between. This would even help me to see if the CPU is 'speeding'. Rarely is it necessary for the CPU to be over 10% for an automation job.

All this is for showing the automation server's resources, nothing to do with a users computer.

Thanks.
