Change header color on Theme Template

Can someone please tell me how to change the theme colors (mainly Header) on a theme template. Thank you!

I think everyone is going to want to know which program you want to modify the theme for.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Within the CSS file, most likely.

Thank you. I am using Visual Site Designer. I downloaded a template off the Coffeecup site and wanted top change the colr scheme. Can you help?

Well, if it's a picture in the theme you want to change, there's no way to change it's color(s) without editing them in another program and then inserting the image again.
Aren't you a little short for a Storm Trooper?
