I had to download my software onto a new computer and then transfer my files as well. Now when I try to open my file folder - it first says "files", then click and says "downloads" then click and says nothing matches my search. I checked and the web pages are showing up in my document files so they exist. I remember having this problem before but cannot remember how I resolved it. Can anyone please help? Thank you!
