Greetings.

I am in need of creating an assessment form. When this form is completed, I need the results to be immediately tabulated and a short analysis to be provided as feedback to the supplier of the information based upon their final score. I would also like the results to be compared with the average results of other assessments as a part of this final analysis. (a plus but not an essential requirement).
Can someone please help with suggestions as to how I could accomplish this?

If you want this automated, it would have to be scripted with PHP or similar technology. You would have to incorporate a database to store and query comparisons. Not a simple solution.
