Hi All,
I have downloaded the Website Access Manager but cannot get beyond the FTP settings in the setup wizard. Although I know I have entered the username and password correctly it keeps saying 141:530 Login correct.
Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong. The wizard informs me that it will work OK as the server is Apache 1.3.29 (Unix).

Do you mean it says 41:530 Login correct. or 41:530 Login inccorrect?

That makes more sense
The only way that error could appear is if one or more of your account settings is incorrect. Check your server info, username, password etc. Some users put in things like ftp://myserver.com as the server name but it should be only ftp.myserver.com

I have attached a screenshot showing the both boxes. Not sure whether it is good enough quality due to the limitations on the attachment size.

According to that error it says your log in is incorrect. It will either work or not work. Are you really certain, like 1000% certain that you did enter in the right info?

Scott,
I am not only 2000% sure. I have actually tried it on two other websites I manage and none of those will allow me to go any further than that screen.

Got me on that one. If you want, open a support ticket and send us your FTP information and we can try it here and see if we can get in.
