I deleted the administrator (ME!) as a user. Ooops!

I uninstalled WAM, then rebooted, then reinstalled the software, but the administrator user permission is permanently gone. (The second user profile I created before uninstalling was still there.) How do I re-create the appropriate folders and files as administrator or completely start over after uninstalling?

Thanks in advance!

So you deleted your Administrator user in Windows (not WAM)?

Nope. (I'm not THAT incompetent.) . . . Well, at least I hope not. :/

In CoffeeCup Website Access Manager, where it says "Add User," "Edit User," "Delete User(s)," etc., I deleted the Administrator (accidentally). I had checked off the box in the "User Permissions" section. Yes, the program asked if I wanted to permanently delete the user, and I didn't pay close enough attention and selected "yes".

I thought I could fix my error by uninstalling Website Access Manager from my computer, rebooting, and then reinstalling Website Access Manager, but that didn't work. It even kept the second user I had added, and who I didn't delete.

If I use it on my site without the Administrator user profile, will I block myself out?

I'm really hoping I'm not the first and only dolt who's done this -- no offense meant to anyone else in my predicament . . .

The user Administrator has no more access then any other user, we just used that name for display purposes. If that is all you did was delete it, simply add the user back in.
