Hi dont know if anyone can help, or tell me what I have done.

I uploaded my settings to my website last night and know the password and user as I use them all the time.

The site is not giving access, I disabled the user and I can just log in, if I enable it again it wont accept the password and username.

Is it somthing to do with the access file on the hosting account?

I had a similar situation awhile ago, but when i used the auto-detect feature on the server set-up everything cleared up.

First i removed WAM files from the website, used the auto detect, then uploaded with the new settings.

I would probably say the same thing. Make sure you have 100% configured the software correctly. 99% of the time it always has to do with the incorrect Home Directory being selected. If you can't get it to work, try opening support ticket and get one of our techs to look into it.

Thanks for the help, yep that's what is was, a press of that auto detect button and happy days all up and running again.

Thanks Again.
