Every time I add a new user my current users lose their permissions and I have to manually go back and add everyone again.

It is a big hassle but I don't know what would be causing this problem.

Any ideas?

Can you open a support ticket please Brent and send us your HDB file so we can see what is going on?

Windows XP
Open your My Computer folder. Select Tools > Folder Options > View tab. Scroll down and select Show Hidden Files and Folders. It's also a good idea to uncheck Hide Extensions for Known File Types.

Windows 7/Vista
Open your My Computer folder. Select Organize > Folder and Search Options > View tab. Scroll down and select Show Hidden Files and Folders. It's also a good idea to uncheck Hide Extensions for Known File Types.

Once you have turned on hidden files, you'll find the .hdb file at the following file path:

Vista:
C:\Users[username]\AppData\Roaming\CoffeeCup Software\CoffeeCup
Website Access Manager\Databases

XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\[User-Account]\Application Data\CoffeeCup
Software\CoffeeCup Website Access Manager\Databases\

Once we have this file, we'll run a few tests and try to figure out what might be causing the problem. After we have finished testing, we recommend you change your password for security purposes.
