Web Form Opens As A Modal Window On...
Is it possible that the form can open in a small modal window on page load?
I want to have a simple sign up option whereby people can sign or close the modal window to see the page content.
Previously I have always embedded the form into a part of the page, but I really want to try this modal pop up approach to encourage people to sign up.
Appreciate any advice

Hi Michael,
In the form builder select "Settings"
Then on the General tab select below "Forms can be displayed in popup window".
Check both of the boxes and select a theme and a delay time.

Hi Eric,
Thanks for the reply, I intend to try and implement it this weekend.
I was just wondering if there's a way to disable the confirmation message, after the form is sent I just want the content on the page to show with no sign of the form. If I select 'redirect to another url' and leave it blank will this do the trick?

Yes you can use the redirect option and send them to any page you wish.

Hi Eric,
I tried leaving the re-direct url blank but after fill the form it re-directs to Coffeecup web form builder page.
Actually I do not want to re-direct, after fill the form I want the form to be sent and the interaction with the form stops.
I just want the content on the original page to show.
I cannot do a re-direct to the original page because it displays different content dependent on the users previous input.

If your already manipulating content based on the users input then use the set variables to hide the form for users that filled it out.

Michael,
I'd like to see that working when you get it finished. Just curious.

A Rose is Just a Weed in a Corn Patch!
Actually it's a personality quiz created in another application, it renders different results depending on how they answered the questions.
It is on the results page that I have to place a pop up form (using coffeecup web form builder) to collect emails for registration.
I already use the confirmation message as it appears only in the pop up window, so the user can easily close the pop up to see the content below.
I'm waiting for a response from the client to see if they like the pop up.
Here's hoping

You can use the SESSION variables to do some cool things.
