Hi,
I have a responsive site with a form built with web form builder. The form was previously not responsive because I didn't select a responsive theme. I have now changed my form to a responsive theme and added the media query <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width" /> in the head as instructed.

The web page is still responsive, but the form is not.

Can anyone see what I may have done wrong? I appreciate your help!

Thanks :)

You ought to run the page through a validator. As far as I can see, there is some misplaced css and script code in the document.

I will do that. Thanks Inger. I did run it through the one in Dreamweaver, but had ignored the first comment which stated it was an outdated validator file. Do you think this is causing my form issues?

I'm not certain, but the code bits that are misplaced may not be found by the browser. At any rate, there is something which is preventing the form to adapt to screen sizes. It is not in the iframe, it is in the form itself. Sorry I can't help more than this, I'm very busy at the time being.

It's the form actually.

Did you use a responsive theme?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Hi Eric, I think you have discovered something by sending me a link to the form. There are two identical forms on the site. I left up the old one (non responsive theme) while trying to create a new one (responsive theme), and it appears I may have mixed up some files by doing this (and by keeping the same file names!). Am working on it again... thanks! Will post again to let you know if that was the problem...

And thanks for your input Inger! I completely understand being very busy! :)

Oh, so that is why the form I looked at was different from the one that Eric found. Well, my time didn't permit me to dig any deeper.

That must have been why, Inger!

I've got it working now (thank you Eric), but have another issue. I can't seem to get the form to align to the left. When I look at the php page, the form is centered, so I'm thinking it's something in the form rather than the reservations.html page that calls the form. I changed all margins to 0 but the form is still centered. I can't find a way to change the alignment. Help? :)
Thanks!

Did you check the "Customize margins" on the Form Options tab in the form builder?
