I'm sending a form to my own hosting site but I keep getting this error?
"Failed to open database [2005] SQLSTATE[HY000] [2005] Unknown MySQL server host 'http://localhost:8888/MAMP/' (1)."
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Looks like you need to setup the data base on your server. The form doesn't do that for you but it will create the tables.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Download Navicat form www.navicat.com. Install and make new connection.
Upload file ntunnel_mysql.php to your server, can be found in program files.
In navicat create database WFB will take care of the tables.
BTW. Navicat is an outstanding frontend program.
