Web Form & Godaddy - Page 1 - Post ID...

I have seen some earlier posts and threads on form processing with Godaddy, but I am unable to find those post at this time.

I have a client who up until last Friday 6-22-12 was receiving forms just fine. But now they are not getting any forms at all.

We have tested the forms but we get no emails or auto replies. The form appears to be working because once the form is complete the re-direct page appears.

Is anyone else having issues that they are aware or have any suggestions of things to check out on the Godaddy account that may be preventing the form output.

The part that is weird is that there is a main recipient and two other CC/BCC's that should receive emails as well but are not.

Thanks for any input on this issue!

Are they using the HTML or Classic version?

The HTML version...

I can't think of any reason why a form has worked flawlessly since 4-12-12, that it would just up and quite working...unless it is a hosting issue.

Thanks,

Have they tried deleting and reuploading the files for the form to see if maybe it's just glitched somewhere? That would be the first thing I'd try.

Well I did that and completely created a new form...still no emails. I am not sure what is going on.

Any other ideas?

sounds like may be you need to get with the CC support team and send them the .fb files so they can take a look and see if it's the form or if maybe the client's hosting server changed something that broke it. I'd open a support ticket though and have them give you a hand with it.

Seem to be a lot of errors occurring with Godady being the common denominator, not just this forum, but in other CC threads

Well,
Here is where I am now. I just got off the phone with my client and Godaddy tech support.

Godaddy tech support advised that he has noticed some calls today that had to deal with "custom" form mailer scripts.

He made the recommendation to use their script "gdform.php", which i did for the sake of my client.

I configured their email and they are getting emails now.

So, it ain't pretty but they are getting the emails processed through gdform.php.

With that being said, I still feel it is a Godaddy server issue that is not processing other mailer.php scripts.

Is there a way to use the CC webform and redirect the mail processing to gdform.php?

I use Godaddy quite a bit for testing and I have yet to ever have any issues. I just put a new form today over on their server to test and the emails still arrive without any problems.

Maybe you can point Godaddy support over to this one and ask them why it works for my account and not yours.

If this helps, here is how I have my form configured:
