Another problem I have is with Themes, I only get a black box.
I have tried uninstall and re-install, I have downloaded a new copy of the file (2.0.4263), still nothing.
I can see the folder with the .fbt files, the software can't....
Any suggestions?

I would try CC cleaner on your pc then if that doesn't work open a support topic.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I had the same, WFB made several folder with themes, most of them empty.
Find the folder with the themes, and copy them to each folder called themes, have know idea what causes it but on my puter it worked.
Did the same with my predefined lists.

Rolly, I run CC Cleaner as a matter of course after any uninstall. Didn't help.
DigiTac, copied the Themes folder in just about every location I could find, still no joy
When I open an existing form I get this error message:
Theme not found at path:
C:\\CoffeeCup Software\Web Form Builder\Themes\default.fbt
Could the problem be with the double backslash after C:? The software is installed in Program Files\Coffee Cup
Copied the whole lot to just C:\CoffeeCup. Now I don't get the error message anymore but still a black box when clicking Themes.
I'll look at opening a support ticket.

Are you using the default location for your installs?

Yes, just kept the defaults as set in the install software.
Did you try what Digitac suggested?

Sounds like the themes folder did not get created on install. Just open a support ticket and we can send you a zip file with that information.
