Hey...I love it so far. I think you guys are on the right track
I agree with spacing and being able to place fields and text next to each other, this will help with the look and flow of the site.
I love the drop in widget aspect!
Customizing the length of the fields would be a plus...like the old one we had.
Love the fact it is HTML - iPad and iPhone worthy - good job
I want to get my hands on the Full Version as I am more of a code guy and want to mess with jazzing it up.
Never used the S Drive till now and for the person who does not know a lot this is a great option.
Personally I like to have the PHP or ASP to tweak on my own server...Manual server will be up in 1-2 weeks so can't wait for that.
I think this will work great for my needs...thank you and look forward in diving into the code!
Bruce:)

There is actually a pretty cool feature in the software now Bruce. Go to the Export Menu > Automated Form Processing. You can hack away. ;)

Hi again...if I purchase the full version I will not have to use the s-drive and can then have as many forms out on my sites as I want? Just like the other form builder that uses flash?

I also noticed that I put in my email address along with my clients and my address shows up in the CC field of the email and I had put it into the BCC field. This is a bug too. Checked again.

Overall it is looking good. I find most of my clients just want a simple contact us form to keep the spammer away.

I was also wondering if you can setup multiple recipients like I did with a few of my clients site using the old form builder. I have a drop down that allows the user to select which email the form will go to. The emails are hidden but the matched pair shows a name to select from. IF that is confusing you can see it at http://www.phrebels.org/contact_us.htm

1. as requested above, I would like the ability to move the fields around the page and maybe put some side by side, this is not only a space issue, but a practical issue. People don't like to scroll and the more I can add in their face the more likely they will fill it out completely.

...

1. That is something planned for a future update.

Ahhhhrrrrrgggg... a future update? This is certainly a show-stopper for me. Forms are a major part of any modern web page and the in-flexibility of field placement makes this release useless for anything but very simple forms. I can hand code simple forms. A tool like this should allow for making the complex stuff, not your simple basic forms.

If field placement isn't in the full release, I for one would suggest holding off on releasing an inferior product until such time that its truely ready for prme time. There are so many nice things in this lite version, it would be a shame to see it fail at the 1 yard line.

Yes, the FULL version will have the ability to publish to S-Drive or you can export the files and upload them to your own server with any FTP client.

Thanks for pointing out the BCC issue. I have logged that with our developers.

In the Flash version we called that a contact list. That is not a part of the software yet, but it is on our roadmap to add in one of the future updates.

OK I will hold off on the form until the BCC thing is fixed as that can be embarrassing. The contact list is nice but not that many are using it...BUT do try to get it done since it is important to some.

What about the Root User thing? Did I miss that ?

When working with Flash, that is easy to do. You have to remember now you are working in HTML where page elements tend to float.

If you mean multi-column formatting? That is something that is useful, doable and on the roadmap.

If you have other thoughts please detail them or show us examples of programs or web forms that accomplish this, we would love to take a look.
