I just tested it and it worked perfect. I was redirected to the PayPal screen and I didn't have to scroll to see it. Matter fact it was pleasantly centered on the page. Nice job! See attached.

I think I understand part of the problem in questioning this, now. Because it looks a certain way on one person's settings does not mean the world sees it that way. Half may see it your way, half may have to scroll up. Designing for the web means making something work for a variety of settings and multiple browsers. One person able to see the button does not a solution make.... The problem still exists for up to half the world, possibly. Basic design experience. If you could force everyone on the web to set everything the way you have, we could have a fix. But those pesky internet wanderers do things their own way. Obviously, many get a blank foot of the page.

I'm wondering what size the pc screen needs to be to have the problem. I just tested on a five your old pc of mine and it once again worked flawless. I have to wonder what the age is of your users pc as this seems odd that 50% are having problems. These stats tell a story that most in the world are using some pretty big screens. http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browsers_display.asp .

I also just tested it on my iphone and once again it worked flawless. I didn't need to scroll. screen size doesn't get much smaller then that.
You must have uses shrinking down their browser windows to view multiple pages.

Sorry I can't be of any assistance. Maybe someone else could test the form and see what it takes to get the same results.:)

It isn't age of the equipment, it's screen setting and the length of the previous page on which the form runs. My systems are new, but one test setting gives me the problem as many others also have. Here's how to see what I mean. Find a page on the internet that's very long, like the main index for this forum. Scroll to the bottom of the page so you can't see the top any more. Now click Refresh once. It will take you back to where you were, at the bottom of the screen, unable to see the top. Now hold Shift while you click Refresh. That now refreshes your page and takes you to where you can see the top. That's what this Submit button needs - to refresh or replace the window contents while taking the visitor to the top of the page. It's how things are normally designed to work for all users, no matter if they have poor eyesight and large screen settings or are young geeks with tiny fonts. It's basic design - make it work for everyone. I have several settings and browsers in which I test everything I put on a website. This is why. Some screen settings do not allow you to see all of a longer page - obviously. I'm sure there are pages out there you do have to scroll to read. Some of these forms can be that long. The issue is still the same - the Submit button does not take the user to the top of the page. That's the problem in a nutshell, regardless of what you're seeing on your private settings with that one form. It's irrelevant to the issue.

It's your iframe not tall enough hides behind the iframe on the bottom. If your using joomla you will need to set your page height to match the expanding form.:D:lol:

Hmmm I do know what you mean, I have the same issue. I have setup formbuilder to email invoice, however when you click the submit on the form it takes you directly to the bottom of the page, however it is totally blank.

When you scroll up you see the invoice/totals of what you selected on the form, also more distrubing is, the label for every field has been displayed at the beginning of every item. Also no invoice seem to be sent to the person to whom has filled in the form. At the bottom of the totals you also get the an icon/button which is of an envelope, clicking on this then takes you to the Thank you page.

Due to the site being used constantly I really can only do the updates very late in the evening, with it not working I have to restore the original form, but I have included some screen shots to show what I mean.

Hey all, I am not sure if this was ever resolved, But I am having the same issue. I put an anchor link at the bottom to take the person back to the top after clicking submit, but I was hoping there might be a "cleaner" method. Any thoughts. Feel free to fill in the form. Only the top section is required. If you wouldn't mind using "coffee cup" as the name so I can delete the demo's in the future. Any help thrown my way would be awesome.
