I have a form embedded on a web page. When Submit is clicked, it goes to a PayPal payment page. However, it's going to the bottom of a refreshed page where there is no button - the payment button is at the top. In some screen settings, the client can't even see the payment button without scrolling up to the top of the payment page. Is there a way to have the submit button go to the top of the payment page? Right now, they just see a blank page bottom.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Got a link?
Unfortunately, it's in a members only section of a site. Does this problem not sound familiar to anyone? It must be the way it works for everyone as I didn't set anything to work that way. It doesn't send the person clicking Submit to the top of the page but stays at the bottom where the Submit button was.
Thank you.
Thank you.
It does it on my form, too. Mine is a rather long form, perhaps on shorter forms it's not an issue.

Has anybody tried placing an anchor link in their page and redirecting back to that? I don't know if it will work but it should since you can redirect to a custom url.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

One of the best ways to alleviate this long page thing is not to display the total results of the form on the page. I don't know about you, but I don't think I have ever filled out a form that displayed the results on the page after I submitted it. I've always been taken to a page that says thank you for filling out the form and then it would send me an email with thank you and the results if needed etc.
Just something to think about. Removing all the results and just editing the page to be a basic thank you page totally fixes this issue.
Granted, it doesn't "fix" it if you need the results showing though, but just another option

It's going directly to a PayPal payment page after Submit is clicked, not a results page. The form requires payment. I am not selecting a url for it to go to. The problem is, where it's taking the visitor, sometimes they can't even see the payment button and then they have to call to see what's going on. This is stopping us after many hours and some money invested in this. I hope someone can help. Even if I have to tweak a little .php code, I'll try it if someone will tell me exactly what to do. I would like it to target top or blank or new or anything that will not leave it at the empty foot of the page.
Could you publish a duplicate form in a test directory for us to see?

It's private info in a Members Only site - I'd have to make up a whole new form to make it public. Any and all forms have to be doing the same thing if they go to a payment button. We have so much time in this already, we may have to abandon this software. I'm sure it's a simple issue if only someone who knows the code behind it would tell me how to fix it. I really appreciate the responses, though. Just very frustrated here.
Just realized, that doesn't look so good. LOL - it isn't "questionable" material, either.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
