submit button not showing on a phone

i made a web form, all is good but when i open the form "on a phone" we cannot see the submit button, any idea why?

looks like it's the <p> that it's wrapped in.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Your form is inside a <p></p> tag and that may be causing the issue.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
