After installing WFB on a new system, each time I start WFB I get the attached error message. And I think related to this, when I attempt to create both a confirmation email and a notification email, the dropdown for the templates is populated, but clicking on any of them does not fill in the form window. I've tried reinstalling but nothing seems to resolve the issue(s). Thanks in advance for your thoughts and help!
