I need to add an element to my form where the user can enter data that reads from left to right
e.g

Headings......
Description Bale Numbers (with up to 10 input options to identify the bales) Total

Example entry

AE103 3 6 8 4 9 11 6

So if I'm reading you correctly you only need it sent that way but don't need the form input to be setup that way. I would code the confirmation message as an html table.

No sorry, I want the input boxes on the form (as well as the submitted form) to look like the attachment from my previous post.
