Here ia pic of filezilla showing where I am uploading it. Seems to be just as I have it in the path. I admit there are holes in my knowledge of all this, but I was pretty sure that I got all this right.

But is that the correct location? For example where is your index.html page? Is it in the same folder where MailChimp is? It looks like you should be in the home folder.

(Sound of jawdropping...) Ok! Blushing here. I moved them into the same folder which is where the index.html file is: mulhollandsecurity.com/var/www/html/

and now
http://www.mulhollandsecurity.com/mailc … dCCTV.html shows the form.

But I still must have something that is wrong with how I have placed the script at http://www.mulhollandsecurity.com/security/test3.html as it is still not showing up.

Is there any place that I need to put the complete path?

Is this right? Is there some manner that I have embedded the code incorrectly in that it is not showing at http://www.mulhollandsecurity.com/security/test3.html ?

<script type="text/javascript">document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe id=\"fb_iframe\" src="http://www.mulhollandsecurity.com/mailchimp/MulhollandCCTV.php" + window.location.search + "\" width=\"502\" height=\"711\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E&lt;a href="http://www.mulhollandsecurity.com/mailchimp/MulhollandCCTV.php" title=\"MulhollandCCTV\"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;%3C/iframe%3E"));</script>

Yes, that is where the form itself is located, but i have it embedded via the iframe script created by wfb at http://www.mulhollandsecurity.com/security/test3.html. Can you tell me why it is not showing up there? I must have it somehow enbedded incorrectly. Can you help with that?

i just put the iframe in again and saved it and uploaded again. My apologies for not having the most recent document when you looked at it. It is up now.

Do you have any idea why this might be? I see the form when I visit the page via www.pagewash.com but not when I view it through firefox and chrome even with fully cleared cache.

I read up a little bit more about this now and registered with open dns and did that whole thing with the router. So, I guess I just have to be patient for changes?
