I would like to have two radio buttons. One labeled yes the other labeled know. If the user clicks the yes button I would like to reveal a text field. Is this possible?

Hi Guy,
Yes the form builder can do this.
Add your radio buttons and your text box to your form.
Now select the text box and than select the properties tab on the right of the design screen and scroll down to where it says Show Element
In that dropdown select Use Display Rule.
Next in the if dropdown select the element by name that will determine whether the text box shows or not. In your case choose the yes / no radio button group.
Next choose the operator. You'll want to choose is
Now in the Choose value select the Yes radio button.
Now click on insert and then preview to test.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
