Remove blank space from around form

Having issue removing blank space around pop up form any ideas tried changing custom margins but only got form to go to one side of the box.

in windows chrome it seems to have white space all around it all four sides?

Looks the same in every browser I tested including Chrome.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I saw the white border but was thinking you were trying to make it equal. I think you'll either have to hack the css or try the Blank theme.
