Hi....

I have purchased version 2 of Form Builder and have gone through the PDF manual. I have designed a Website (www.stoppersnstuff.net) using Xara, and am working on setting up a better looking contact list than what I currently have. I am also trying to set up a mailing list, and noticed that Mailchimp is the only email service that currently is supported with Form Builder. My ISP has connections to Horde, Roundcube and Squirrelmail. Each of these has a redirector to my home email.

Can I assume that I am going to need to set up a separate email account for Mailchimp if I want to use the mailing list capability?

Yes, that is correct. We are currently only partnered with Mail Chimp.

Does Mailchimp allow redirection of the emails to another email address?

That I am not sure of. You may want to consult with MailChimp on that.
