I am trying to host a form on my server. After I successfully uploaded the files and folder and filled out the form on the website I got the following response. "Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s): •Failed to open database [2003] SQLSTATE[HY000] [2003] Can't connect to MySQL server on 'www.meisterbuilders.com' (111)." Does anybody have any ideas of what I did wrong? Thanks for the help.

Hi Steffen,
You selected to save your data to mysql database. So you either selected this by mistake or you don't have the database setup on the server.
If you did setup the database then you may have the wrong credentials entered in the form builder.
