Pop-up forms no longer responsive?

I just created a pop-up form from a responsive template and added it to a responsive site. It remains at a fixed with rather than responding as it should.
I have a pop-up on this site that is no longer responsive either, it worked fine a few weeks ago:
http://www.cpcharities.org/contact-cpc.html#cminfo
(not the main form, scroll down to contact howard).

Any ideas?

I never managed to make a pop-up form responsive, however much I tried! :D
See e.g. this thread: http://www.coffeecup.com/forums/web-for … esponding/

Are you sure the 'contact howard' form really was responsive at some point? If it was, I'd be very interested in learning what you did to accomplish that!

I was questioning my sanity, but yes – it really was responsive. I tested it on a variety of computers, pads and phones. As for the new form I made last night, all was well in preview, but once embedded it lost its responsivenesss.

I remember your other thread. I hadn't tried any pop-up forms at the time. I was having enough proplems trying to get a regular form to behave. Finally figured out to not set custom margins and it would respond just fine.
I noticed in the help/how to article* that the snippets of code given for the pop-up form don't include the 'form-exported' folder... but when I created these forms, they both had that folder.

The popup wont be responsive with Colorbox. You'll have to grab another JQuery plugin that allows it or try some of the work arounds that jack and other users have proposed.

I only used the pop-up in the first place because it was easy. No additional code/scripts were needed. It worked just fine.
The form is responsive in preview:

But unresponsive when added to the website. :(
Back to the drawing board......................

Yup this was brought up before. CC needs to write a custom class for the colorbox script their using.
If you look at the colorbox script that you add to the top of your page you can see why this happens.
it uses a fixed width.

I wondered about that. Since it starts with a percentage in the FB, I was surprised to see that it had pixels specified when I checked the code.
I guess I'll have to re-do it at about 300Px wide. :/

Maybe CC should use whatever their own login form uses for the FB pop-ups

When you click the log-in (top right), the responsive log-in appears.
It's like a lightbox, as the log-in form appears, the page dims.
