Web Form Builder, Version 2.9 build 5480 OSX

The form will not allow scrolling in phone and small tablet browsers, so the entire form is not visible to the user. How do I style this to reveal all the form or how to move the form up on the page. I notice a lot of inline styles that I suppose are generated by js and php somewhere. If I knew where those were, I might be able to edit them.

I'm guessing this has been fixed since I can scroll the form on my Samsung Note 4.

With a popup form you don't include it on another html page. Make your form and export it then add the code provided by the form builder to the page you want it to popup on. This should only be a link.

OK, it's just the link at the bottom. The link at the top works but not the bottom.

When I'm on my desktop and click the link the form is partially covered by one of the pictures as I scroll down.

The form is setup on a separate page which is not the correct way to do it. You place the code provided by the formbuilder in your page and then upload the files to your host. When you click the link the form should popup in a colorbox window over the top of the current page. His link is taking you to a page with the form builder iframe code added to it and if you click the contact us link on the bottom of that page the form pops up as expected.
