I am working on a registration form that when I look at it the popup (Windows7 IE 10 or Chrome) works perfectly but when another person using a Windows7 system and IE9 the popup is not in the center of the screen but below the lower portion of the visible part of the screen. Additionally, when using IE8 you only get an error message in the lower left corner of the browser window and no popup.
Any ideas?
