Hi,
I have set up a trial form with paypal here : http://www.sapphobooks.com.au/gift_certificates2.html
The form shows up, I have set the Paypal token etc, but on submit, the form disappears but goes no where. No paypal or anywhere else.
I have set up a redirect to http://www.sapphobooks.com.au/thanks.html but it doesn't go there either.
The attached shows the properties for the paypal dropdown plus the payment settings page
Can anyone help? i've tried different methods and rechecked the settings but nothing seems to show up.
Thanks
Nic

Do you have a confirmation email being sent to the user because I tested your form and nothing happen. I would try redoing the form again and dbl checking the settings and republishing.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi,
No nothing coming. It just stops.
I'll try redoing and come back if I still have hassles. Thanks!

Hi,
I tried it again and still nothing. I did get a funny script warning when I went to save the payment page. This actually also happened originally but I ignored it - figuring it had something to do with a browser opened - but I'm pretty sure that's not the case and that it has to do with the form system.
I am on version 2.3 build 5205 (which is most recent version I guess).
Any ideas on what I can do next?
Thanks

Please see this KB Article from Microsoft on how to fix that.

Hi Scott,
Thanks but IE was not open at the time (it was chrome). I really think it's to do with the software because it happened twice - both times when I clicked to save the payment option.
Any ideas?

Even though you are using Chrome, the software still uses many Windows DLL's. You need to follow the instructions in that KB article as that error is coming from the operating system and not Form Builder.

Okay, that's fine and I'll check it. However, still doesn't answer the problem with Paypal. Do you have any suggestions?
Thanks
Thanks
I think you may have some server issues. If you go to http://www.sapphobooks.com.au/gift_cert … icate.html and submit, you instantly get an error message.
If you got that script error, that probably corrupted all your files. I would fix that, re-save your form and then export all the files again.

Hmm a bit closer, but a bit further away...
Firstly, i deleted the software and reinstalled. This time, no script error. Once I recreated the form, I tried it on my server and it works fine. I then tried it on clients server, same problem as before. Then put the form directly onto the page (rather than using iframe), it shows up okay and if I try to do http://www.sapphobooks.com.au/gift_certificate.php directly, the form also shows up (and doesn't work). But if i try to use the form from here : http://www.sapphobooks.com.au/gift_certificates2.html, it doesn't redirect and you get the error page. So, now I'm stumped.
Is this a question of the server itself? If so, any ideas what I need to tell the hosting company to get a fix?
Thanks again...
