I'm looking for a way to have a decision on the form like a radio button options say yes and no. then when submitted if Yes is selected bring user to the payment screen if NO just submit the rest of the form data and exit Could somebody point me in the right direction ?

You should be able to use the conditionals to execute this behavior. If yes show the payment options. If no show just the needed data.
