Pass other field values to PayPal

I've setup a form that asks a user for
>Invoice Number
>Invoice Date
>Amount to be Paid

The Amount to be Paid appears to be the only field that gets passed to PayPal. Is there a way either through the "Add text to invoice" option or another way?

I've tried addiding [InvoiceNumber] and [InvoiceDate] to the "Add text.." field. It appears correctly on the confirmation page but passes exactly as shown to PayPal with the field name in brackets.

Any ideas?

Hiya John,

I'm not sure if I'm totally understanding this so if I'm not please let me know. What I'm guessing you're trying to do is to get a results email to yourself with all the paypal information from the sale? If that's the case then that would not be possible as the sale information is only passed "TO" paypal from the program, it's not storing any of the information from the actual sale itself that paypal is collecting. You'll get an email from PayPal that tells you all the information hey collected for the sale itself and the numbers that they assign such as Order Number, Invoice Date, etc. and anything else that PayPal itself is collecting. I wouldn't' suggest collecting critical data (credit card numbers etc.) through your form, that's all collected via PayPal so there's no need for you to risk your customer's security with it on your site. Hopefully that all made sense, and hopefully that's what you're asking about. Let us know :)

Thanks for the quickly reply, but I'm asking something much simpler, at least I think..

take a look at my form:

I want the invoice number field and date field to passed to PayPal so that on the PayPal site it shows they're paying $100 for invoice 123456 on 7/12/2012

Thanks
