Hi,
I know this is a superseded piece of software (Version 8.3 Build 206), but I have been using it for a long time and find it very user friendly (or used to).
Here is my problem.
I have created a form here:
http://www.communityhealthpacific.com/contacts.html
Very basic with auto-response to the form completer and transfer to thank you page.
It all works perfectly in every browser and operating system (tested on XP IE8, Windows 7, Chrome, Firefox), except Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 8.1 where it produces this:
Testing it on my Windows 8.1 laptop, after I press submit, it goes to a blank page with the following information:
PHP Version: 5.3.14
Sendmail Path: /usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i
Sendmail From:
SMTP: localhost
SMTP Port: 25
MySQL: Installed
File Uploads: On
File Uploads Max Size: 2M
Post Max Size: 8M
Software Version: 8.0
Software Last Updated: 02/09/2010
Script Version: 5.1
Script Last Updated: 02/09/2010
On the Tab is says CoffeeCup Form Builder which is the software used to create the form.
It stops here.
Any suggestions to make this form work across the board? (other than stop using IE).
Thanks
David

You could try down grading the version of php running on your host.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I would highly consider upgrading as there are a lot of mobile browsers that cannot display your form at all because they cannot use any flash. That can be a lot of potential lost visitors that won't be able to use your form.
Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
