Notification email showing code and...

Good Morning!
I have been building forms for our art department to receive art requests. The functionality of the forms is beautiful and is exactly what we need. The problem I am having though is that the emails are showing code and there are random equal signs appearing within the form info.

We are running the forms through our own server. I have used the provided email templates, built new ones in RED, and even just written simple code for the emails and manually copied it into the program. I have validated the html and still no dice. I even checked our email program settings to see if there was something wrong with them.

I have attached a screenshot. What could be causing this, and how can I correct it?

This is the current URL. http://www.munnenterprises.com/webforms … equest.php

When you submit there will be errors because I just re uploaded via our ftp and am waiting on our admin to change the page permissions and they don't open for a few more minutes.

Will you be able to post the form builder file? I just want to look at it.

Thanks

Sorry. I thought I had posted it before. It's only 8:30 here and already it has been a long day. :)

Can you try this version as a test, I restored the notification markup back to the default one. If this works, the issue would have to do with your custom markup.

I wish it were that simple. Attached is a screenshot of what the email looks like with the default email. :/

That is strange. I uploaded the form I sent you to http://my-contact-forms.coffeecup.com/f … rtRequest/ with my address as a CC and the email came through correctly. Here is how it appeared:

How did it look in your client?

Very strange. It came through correctly when you sent it. It just doesn't seem to be coming through correctly when I send it.

What I would do is make sure to delete all form files from your server first and then export and re-upload. It could be that some files are not getting overwritten when you uploaded your form.
