So.......to tamper with the code is difficult at best. As a side note, as I experiment. What all has to be uploaded to the server after the form Notification is modified. The html on the webpage? ALL the exported files? Uploading all of this each time during this trial and error process is very time consuming.
All I am trying to accomplish is to remove the lines of code being sent in the notification email and also in the confirmation email. Nothing else.

Go to "Adding Custom HTML template" and look at "Step 3". Very easy to setup and requires the most basic of HTML knowledge. The is pretty much how the old version of Form Builder work as well but now you have more control over the markup.
