More problems with form builder

I complete a form following your instructions ...the form works when loaded on S-drive (I imagine because the first one I saved there does) but not when using manual hosting. This is a second form made the same way as the one on S-drive. The following text is automatically generated by form builder for insertion in a basic HTML file.
<script type="text/javascript">document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe id=\"fb_iframe\" src=\"wedmag_order.php" + window.location.search + "\" width=\"640\" height=\"766\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E&lt;a href=\"wedmag_order.php\" title=\"wedmag_order\"&gt;Check out my CoffeeCup Form&lt;/a&gt;%3C/iframe%3E"));</script>
<noscript>
<iframe width="640" height="766" style="border:none; background:transparent; overflow:hidden;"
id="fb_iframe" src="wedmag_order/wedmag_order.html">
&lt;a href="wedmag_order.php" title="wedmag_order"&gt;Get your free Planning Weddings Magazine&lt;/a&gt;
</iframe>
</noscript>

I now have a folder called mag_order in the root of the site on an XAMPP server called localhost/planweddings/. This server has 78 other sites on it and Mercury mail for site testing before going live. All these sites have at least one coffee cup's flash forms in them. I need to change those forms to something (anything) more secure. This is where I exported the files to. The folder now contains:
index.html (the file into which I insert the clipboard text) , another folder called wedmag_order_exported. which contains wedmag_order.php and another folder called wedmag_order with I presume the companion files for the form to work.

I created the basic HTML file using Dreamweaver CC it is blank except for a centered line of text tagged as <H1>
Below that line I inserted form builders "save to clipboard" auto generated text.

The error message is the attached file after attempting to logon to index.html. I saved the 404 message to desktop and named it error404.html. The URL says it is the index.html file. This is the identical problem I had trying to self host the form now residing on S-drive.

I tried to put the contents of wedmag_order_exported folder in the same folder as index.html without success. Form Builder decided the file hierarchy, not me and your instructions told me to upload everything created by form builder to my server and put it in the same folder as the file I inserted your text into. Just following instructions it seems are not quite accurate or are a little misleading for someone not used to your tech author's style of writing.

I'm starting to waste far to much time experimenting with a product I thought was well developed ...form builder, trying to figure out why following the seemingly clear instructions results in a 404 error. I am a Company director, not a computer programmer.

The previous Sysadmin we had hurriedly left our employ when two of our hosting accounts were hacked and form results we use to earn our living with redirected to a rival using a commercially available javascript exploit and ridiculously simple passwords that shouldn't have been used in the first place. Something we were warned could happen and cost the sysadmin his job for deciding to ignore that advise.

I'm now faced with polishing up on 20 year old HTML scripting knowledge to fix this mess as quickly as I can. If this issue continues, I'll go back to using CGI forms and stop using a CoffeeCup product.

Apology for the rant but this is starting to get out of hand. Had I read the cost of hosting forms on S-drive extra on the cost to produce them, I wouldn't have bought your software in the first place.

Your prompt assistance will be most welcome.

Douglas, start here...

DO NOT copy the folder wedmag_order_exported to your server, but instead copy all files and folders within that folder. See if that works for you. Let us know if you are still having problems.

Second, this is a user to user forum. We do not work for CoffeeCup. We just love the products! If this doesn't work for you, go to your name on the top menu and select 'Your Support Room'. This will allow you to open a Support Topic for the CoffeeCup gurus. They may be able to help you faster.

Thank you for the advise. In my frustration what should have been a support ticket ended up here. My apologies. Your suggestion incidentally did not work either. The only way I can make the form work is to refer directly to it or use S-drive which is a prohibitive option for the number of forms I have to replace.

Stick with it. After the weekend someone else may chime in with your solution. The WFB works great. Should work for you. May just be something simple. I don't use XAMPP. Someone else may know more. Post back if you find a solution.

Make sure when you remove the _exported folder, that you also change the references to it on your web page.
