Hello. I have always had this trouble using Web Form Builder. If someone completing my form uses a Microsoft email service, whether it be ...@outlook.com or an MS Exchange address, their confirmation email is comprised of gibberish. Other email addresses like yahoo, gmail, etc. seem to be fine. I posted about this a year or so ago and just wondered if a solution has been found. I know it must be some sort of Microsoft issue, but I'd sure like to know that my webforms are working correctly for everyone, despite which email service they use.
