Hi, I have Two Questions:
1. Does anyone know what the error code below means, and

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /homepages/41/d85850805/htdocs/clarity/k9matters/Raw Shop/RAW_FOOD_SHOP-server/RAW ORDER FORM/fbapp/php/config.inc.php on line 21

2. What do I do with the 'cartapp_v1' exported with the the manual export. I understand its relationship is with the SCC Pro but I can't find instruction about how or where to include it. I have FTP it to the same folder the SCC is hosted but that is it. I have no idea if this is correct!

I believe I have followed the detailed instuctions in the PDF help included in the web builder software and then the step by step instuctions given the in the following links:

http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … formation/

...and

http://www.coffeecup.com/help/articles/ … ?locale=en

I'm sure the problem is simple but I've slept on this, re-read and re-followed the above instuctions and still I can't load my webform (order form).

My current hosting provider (clarity-media) who uses 1&1. My FTP, SCC Pro and Web Builder is Coffeecup Software. Any simple suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

If you've published/uploaded your form to your server and are testing it, you might see an error that looks similar to this when clicking the submit button:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_OBJECT_OPERATOR in /home/content/w/f/p/wfp78207/html/temp/emailform/emailform/fbapp/php/formpage.cls.php on line 475

This means that your server does not meet the minimum server requirements. Most likely, your server is using an older version of PHP. You must have PHP 5.2 or higher installed. Contact your server administrator and ask them to update to the most recent version of PHP.

You can read more about minimum server requirements here.

The cartapp_v1 is used by Web Form Builder as well and has no relationship with Creator.

I just assumed that because I'm using 1&1 via a third party the PHP would be up to date but I just ran your PHP test, which returned PHP Version 4.4.9!!!!!

So I will have to resolve this first before I can tell if my order form will work.

Thanks, I will update thread in due course.

P.S. there is no mention in the export instructions (or the FTP upload screen-shots) to expect a seperate folder called 'cartapp_v1', which is why I was confused about where it had come from.

....so, was I correct to upload this folder with the web builder folder & PHP file to the SCC folder?

Everything in the _exported folder gets uploaded to your server. If it is located in that folder, upload it! :)

Not sure what "using 1&1 via a third party" means, but if you have access to the 1and1 control panel you can change the PHP version to 5.x. or make the change via an .htaccess file entry.

Yes, its a bit messy and means I don't have access to the 1&1 control panel and not being a software programming/internet boffin, its also why I have many teething problems.

Anyway, I am currently in the process of moving to another hosting provider, which is where my shop is hosted. I've re-referenced all the links in the web form and uploaded it here instead (after testing their PHP) and it works :o:D

I am so pleased, thanks for the help!
