when testing the form locally (Apache server, localhost) all settings of css seems to be disabled. When publishing on internet (alphamegahosting.com; apacheserver) all css formats are shown.

The form builder relies on a lot of php so if you want to see what it looks like on you local pc outside the app, browse to the myformname_exported/myformname/myformname.html.
