response from my web host:

Is it just a form that you are creating. What features does it have? It seems a little overcomplicated for just a form.

I tend to agree. Waste of money tbh wont be using coffee cup again.

Wish I had read this also

Bye Bye coffee cup. I have deleted all your software and will have nothing more to do with you.

It's to bad you deleted everything already. Your first post was at 4:09 and it's now 5:30 Didn't even give it an hour and a half. I need that much time just to get a new app booted up.
All you have to do is create the data base and the form will generate the table for you.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Not to mention posting in the middle of the extreme early morning where everyone in the US is sleeping, and posting on a Sunday and expecting to get answers too is just silly. Good luck on your ventures, it's too bad you didn't know how to get the form working, it's pretty simple and if your hosting company wasn't helpful they aren't very useful either. The instructions are extremely accurate and if you do exactly what it says, it works perfectly. User error is most of the issues with it, but then it don't matter now does it, you deleted it and wrote them off, your loss, good bye.

When you say the form will generate the table, what do you mean?

As I have to put in a table name before I can export it?

All you need to do is enter the table name you want to use in Web Form Builder. The scripts will do the rest when someone fills out your form and submits the information.
