I'm currently working on a form (for a horse show) that will have a lot of entry options (approx 12), but will also have a couple of options where people enter the amount of money (rather than other amounts). I would like this form to perform in the same way as what we've done here.
I'm more than happy to pay for your time to do the script for this - probably won't be for a few weeks, and I won't need it immediately.
