Is it working in all/most browsers?

I was at a public computer the other day and dialed up my form and it would not load. The page loaded but not the form. I have it embedded with the script code here: http://nicecarvings.com/yoo/quote-form

Not even sure what the browser was but it seemed like it was an older IE browser. Not even sure and maybe stuff was blocked too.

Anyway, would it be any more compatible by hosting the form on my server, vs having it load with the script on that page?

Form came up fine for me. I'm on a mobile broadband on a laptop, but no restrictions. I travel, a lot, and public computers do usually restrict certain web sites and/or scripts. I wouldn't worry about it much. No matter where you host it, if someone is on a restricted computer, then they are out of luck. I'm sure others will chime in here, but I don't think your host is the problem. It was the public computer.
