Interesting Confirmation Problem.

I have created a number of WFB forms and all works fine. All the forms in question have the same confirmation feature in that I "Redirect to another URL" - and I have never had a problem before.

That is until now.

All the forms included on websites created with HTML Editor works 100% as expected. However, the forms on websites built with RSD, BB and FF does not. The forms all have the same problem - they do not send the Notification email or redirect to another URL. On 'submit', the website clears the form from the screen and then "freeze".

I have tried numerous alternatives in an effort to identify the problem with no success.

Now the interesting bit. All these problem cases are hosted on a US based linux server. This server has been used successfully for a number of years and I never had any problems with websites or the forms on them. While seeking a solution to the problem, I posted some of the problem forms on a local (South Africa) linux server (that appear to be identical in operating system version, setup and features to the US server) and lo and behold, all the forms works fine.

My problem seems to be with the US server - or maybe even the time delay due to distance to server?

Which brings me to my real problem. What could be the cause and what can I do to solve the problem? The obvious solution is to move the domains to the local server - BUT - will the US based clients then have a problem to open the form? For various other reasons, I would like to keep the domains on the US server.

Any ideas?
