I understand that Scott.
DO you understand the normal size of a 1200 wide picture?
You control File Size under the Upload File Properties..... tells me nothing.

Where do I fix this problem, and increase the size limit?

I did say where to fix that Michael. You control File Size under the Upload File Properties.

If you have it set to 100kb, that is the max file size you are allowing. Increase it accordingly.

You might want to spend some time and go to the Help Menu and read over the documentation. This will greatly help you with understanding how to use the software.

Max file size: on the properties tab.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Upload File is the ELEMENT you click on. Properties is where you go. Hence, go to Upload File Properties.

Permissions are not set correctly on the storage folder and the scripts cannot write to that location. Permissions need to be set to 755 with an FTP client. If you do not know how to do that, contact your hosting provider and they can do that for you.

I just spoke to my Data center, and they don't know what you mean by..... Permissions are not set correctly on the storage folder and the scripts cannot write to that location, either.
Can you be more specific?
