Does anyone know if FileZilla is required to upload/export Coffee Cup (5.5) files or can I use the Cpanel of my "MechanicsWeb" hosting company? Thanks.

Any FTP programme can be used to upload or download files, Filezilla or Coffeecup's own DirectFTP will do the job. I don't know what you mean by 'Coffee Cup (5.5) files', though. Which Coffeecup programme are you talking about?

Came across this old post and though I would add a possible fix someone may need.. I am running NGINX but I believe this shoudl also work for apache.., after uploading the export, folders were all 755 and 664 as they should be.. what was causing my issue was the web server was not able to save to the storage location. Try the following:

sudo chmod -R $USER:www-data YOUR-FORM-ROOT-FOLDER-HERE

the www-data group is then allowed write rights :)

Hello, I know this was a few years ago, But Im having a problem. the comment you had put was.

You need load the files that are in your ContactForm_Exported folder. There should be folder call ContactForm and a ContactForm.php. That's the two things that needs to on the server where your web page is located. The code that you have posted on the post before is correct. You don't need to make any special folder just load the files are in the ContactForm_Exported folder.

Which did, I kept them in the same folder how they came and upload them to my own server. My website is loading correctly but not where my form is, the problem is I get a Error on my website page where my form is and it says 404 Error. Can any one please help me.

Hi Scott
To Keep it Simple make a folder on your website server call it form and load all the exported files from your web form to it . ad then make the link on your website page that has the form on it point to the url you have created .
