I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. I can't help but to think I'm doing something wrong but I guess I can't see the forest for the trees.

I guess I'll build a brand new form from scratch and see what happens. If it doesn't work I'll have to go back to my php form that I know works until I figure out what I'm missing.

Eric,

Thank you for trying out the form. It must be something on my end (maybe a server setting) that's causing the issue.

Have you tried publishing the form to S-Drive and test it from there?

Scott,

No I haven't done that. I will give that a try and see what happens.

If it works there then I guess there's something wrong on my hosting account. If that turns out to be the case where can I find the server requirements for WFB so I can get my hosting where it will work?

Scott,

Thanks for the link.

Do I have to get a domain name to use the free S Drive plan to host forms? Is that why I can't move forward on the get started page?

I tried looking up articles in the support section and looked a posts in the S Drive section of the forum but couldn't find the answers I was looking for. Is there a page with the steps listed somewhere?

You can select free from the drop down.

I finally figured out how to get the free account.

I just tried to create a new form from scratch and can't get anything to show up in the 'To' drop down box so I can select the [email] field. That happens on the Confirmation Email page and the Notification page.

This is the first time I've had this happen. Maybe I'm going nuts and just don't know it yet.

You need to use an Email Address Element on your form for that to appear in the drop down. I bet you are using a Text Field Element.

:( That's exactly what I was doing.

Do I use my regular account email and password for S Drive to upload the form?

Use the same account info that you use to login to the forums with.
