I knew about the update and I am using the latest version. I didn't know about the article and now I understand about some of the settings.

I do have RED for Business but have not jumped off the deep end yet. I guess it's time to put my suit on and jump into the deep end of the pool.

I had to come back to this thread due to a form issue.

I have a form that when submitted sends the email to the sender, sends the email to my address from the BCC field but the notification never shows up in gmail from the To field.

The client I'm working with uses AOL  and wants to use that address for their form data to go to. She does have gmail but I can't get the data to go to hers or my gmail account.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Can you share the .fb file?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Eric,

I received the notice that you filled out the form.

Can you go to the live site and fill out the form? I have that set up with the clients gmail address. I used that because it wasn't going through to AOL. That's when I tried with one of my gmail accounts and got the same results.

Here's a link to the live site: www.catfishjohnnysrestaurant.com

Thanks for your help.

Eric,

I just noticed that you used a different notification template. Did you use my form or did you build a new form? Could I have your file so I can compare and see if I have something that I didn't do correct?

I haven't built that many forms with FB so I could be messing something up.

And when you don't use something every day or on a regular basis things can get overlooked. I'm one of those people who do so many things every day I need written manuals. We don't have that.

The link I shared is the second client site that I rebuilt with RSD so let me know if you see anything I might need to tweak. The client is 'EXTREMELY' happy.

I just tested your form on the actual site with my Gmail and AOL account and I received both notices.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I just got home from a doctors appointment and found the notices that you filled out the form. I have to go by the clients place and will have her check her gmail account and see if she got the notice.

The client didn't receive the notification to their gmail account. That's the same thing that happened with my gmail account.

I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. I can't help but to think I'm doing something wrong but I guess I can't see the forest for the trees.

I guess I'll build a brand new form from scratch and see what happens. If it doesn't work I'll have to go back to my php form that I know works until I figure out what I'm missing.

Eric,

Thank you for trying out the form. It must be something on my end (maybe a server setting) that's causing the issue.
