I see the list of hosts CC says this works with (godaddy, 1&1, etc). Does anyone know if WFB works with Dreamhost and BlueHost? Has anyone gotten WFB to work on any hosts other than the ones CC lists in their server requirements page?

That all depends on the server you have with Dreamhost and BlueHost. If they meet the server requirements, you should have no problems at all.
They must have:
PHP 5.3 or higher
cURL extensions
PHP sessions enabled
PDO Module Installed
